Seematics Customization Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • You received the wrong item.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide order details and supporting images of the issue.

  • Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and with all accessories.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or customized products (unless defective or incorrect).

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered.

  • Gift cards and promotional items.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
